Dina Meyer was born at Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing her junior year, she relocated from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include an older brother named Gregory as well as a younger sibling called Evan. When she was nine up to 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment via acting. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who received training in this way along with Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. Her first role was in Beverly Hills 90210 which forced her to move from Beverly Hills to Los Angeles. After a few months, she landed the part as Johnny Mnemonic. For this movie, she was responsible of almost every stunt and proved herself to be an accomplished actress. Her agent for talent also represented Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to score a recurring role on Friends.
