Growing up in Pennsylvania Molly was a professional actor at age thirteen at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. Then she was nominated as a Barrymore Award nominee for her part as Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. This role she performed again as she made her Broadway d but at the age 15 with Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was nominated as one of the nominees for a Drama League Award. Molly was also as a character in the Broadway version of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. She then attended Princeton University where she was part of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. In this period that she made her film debut in Disney's College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. At this time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. After graduating Molly performed in several Off-Broadway shows, such as End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and also in television work including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly participated in the in the 2008 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and in Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 performance of The Diary of Anne Frank in which she played Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions including The Diary of Anne-Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. The play in which she played the teenager daughter Ali.
